Delivery Policy

Delivery Coverage

Dukkanti currently delivers to all areas within Dubai. We handle all deliveries ourselves - we do not use third-party courier services. This allows us to ensure the highest quality of service and product handling. We are planning to expand to other emirates soon.

Delivery Time

We offer same-day delivery for orders placed before 11:00 AM. Orders placed after 11:00 AM will be delivered the next day. Our delivery service operates 24/7, ensuring you receive your order at a time convenient for you.

Delivery Fees

Our delivery fee is 10 AED for central Dubai locations and up to 20 AED for outer areas of Dubai. The exact delivery fee for your location will be clearly displayed at checkout before you proceed with payment. International delivery is not currently available.

Shipping Process

Dukkanti handles all deliveries directly to ensure your items arrive in excellent condition. All products are carefully packed and fresh items are maintained at appropriate temperatures throughout the delivery process. Our dedicated delivery team is trained to handle grocery items with the utmost care.

Delivery Confirmation

We keep you informed at every stage of your order through WhatsApp and push notifications. You'll receive updates when your order is confirmed, being prepared, out for delivery, and delivered. These notifications serve as your delivery receipt. If you have any questions or concerns, you can always reply to the WhatsApp message or contact us directly through the app.

Address Information

To avoid any delivery delays, please provide your full address along with your contact details. Include landmarks or additional instructions if needed to help our delivery team locate your address easily.

Payment Confirmation

Once your payment is successfully processed, you will receive instant confirmation via WhatsApp and a notification on the app. Additionally, an email invoice will be sent to your registered email address. All payment confirmations are sent immediately after payment processing is complete.
